Director & General Manager

A marine biologist, lifelong farmer, and entrepreneur, Ewan has spent over two decades combining a deep love for sustainable oyster aquaculture with serious, forward-thinking innovation. His oysters are grown on the pristine, challenging, and mysterious waters of the Bhundoo (Clyde River, Batemans Bay) on the NSW South Coast—an environment that demands both respect and resilience.

Working with these wild waters, Ewan is plugging the farm directly into the future, steering the entire operation to become Australia’s very first zero-emission, fully electric oyster farm. It’s world-class, sustainable aquaculture—run on salt water, sunshine, and pure innovation.
